The Fly (1958) starring Vincent Price and David Hedison,
directed by Kurt Neumann and The Fly (1986) starring Jeff
Goldblum and Geena Davis, directed by David Cronenberg were both based on an
original story by George Langelaan that appeared in the June 1957 issue of
Playboy magazine.
